“Sculpture isn't a thing you set out to do and succeed in. It's a thing that gets at you, that nags at you - and haunts you - so that you've got, sooner or later, to make terms with it". - Agatha Christie
by Marion Mason, "Sculptguy"
Wood is wonderful! I work in wood for the most part, often combining stone or other materials with the wood. Non-objective is my perferred style. It allows me total freedom to explore form without having to be constricted by subject matter, yet I do sculpt realistic animals. Ironically, in my 2-D works it's all about realism, content and expression. Also. take a look at my "wearable sculptures" (pendants) that are for sale in my etsy.com shop.
